Returns policy
If for any reason the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase, the item may be returned within 14 days from receipt, after prior notification by email to 3melarance@gmail.com.

The item must be intact, not washed, not damaged, not used, and returned with all original tags still attached. The return must be shipped using a tracked shipping service (DHL, UPS, BRT, etc.).

Please note that the shipping costs for returning the purchased item are entirely the responsibility of the customer. In addition, the return process is under the customer’s full responsibility. The customer will therefore be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during the return shipment.

I will refund the price of the returned item using a method agreed upon with the buyer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
